Return & Refund Policy

At Learn N Practice, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders.

We currently do not accept returns unless:
– You receive a torn or damaged book, or
– The courier packaging is damaged upon delivery

In such cases, you must:
1. Record a complete courier-opening video (unboxing)
2. Share the video with us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery

Our team will evaluate the footage and issue a replacement if the claim is verified. No return or refund will be accepted without this video proof.

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably across India.

– Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment.
– Orders placed after 3 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday morning.
– Delivery time is typically 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
– Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email and WhatsApp.

Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
